Workflow is a sequence of tasks triggered by a specific event. For instance, when a lead expresses interest in your product, actions such as sending additional business information or a text message need to be taken. Automation facilitates the creation of predefined actions for the system to execute upon the occurrence of a specific event. This streamlines business processes, saves time, and enhances overall business efficiency.
