Upon initially accessing the system, you'll be greeted with the Dashboard - a comprehensive visual representation of your business's key metrics. This includes a clear depiction of potential opportunities, the overall worth of your sales pipeline, and the conversion rate, all of which equip you with a deeper insight into your business's current state and its potential trajectory.
Navigating through the page, you'll encounter various information modules pertinent to your business. These modules enable a quick assessment of customer progression through sales pipelines, the performance of your Google Ads and Google My Business profile, and an overview of tasks allocated to your team members.

Dashboard Data Modules
Enhance your understanding of your CRM's performance through an informative dashboard. Each module you encounter will offer key insights into aspects such as opportunities, pipeline valuation, conversion rates, and more. This provides a comprehensive overview of your existing and potential customer base, aiding in better business performance assessment.
Opportunities
Explore your lead Pipeline effectiveness with the Opportunities module, a crucial metric in gauging your engagement with potential customers. With a simple click, review the count of opportunities that were opened, closed, or lost within a specified timeframe.
Pipeline Value
Monitor the collective value of your Leads! Assign value to each product or service in your business when inputting opportunities, to visualize the potential aggregate sales in your pipeline.
Access your entire pipeline value - including closed, open, and lost values - by selecting specific date ranges. This feature provides current insights into your business’s operational progress.
Conversion Rate
Delve into your business's efficiency by examining the rate of won leads and accounts. Alter date ranges by clicking on the dates next to the Conversion Rate, allowing a detailed view of your lead conversion within a chosen period. This rate is a useful metric for comparing won leads against the total number in the pipeline.
Funnel
Get a detailed perspective of your opportunities' journey through the sales pipelines with our funnel visualization.
Choose a pipeline to view by using the dropdown menu next to Funnel. You can also select a date range to refine the visualization.
Based on the selected pipeline, you'll see a breakdown of each pipeline stage beneath the funnel, including the number of leads at each stage, their total value, and the percentage of leads at each stage.
If your pipeline lacks opportunities, the funnel visualization will not be displayed.
Stages Distribution
This feature offers a pie chart visualization of your pipeline stages.
Select a pipeline for visualization using the dropdown next to Stages Distribution, and choose a date range as needed.
The pie chart will display a detailed breakdown of each pipeline stage, including the number of leads, their total value, and the percentage distribution across stages.
In the absence of opportunities in your pipeline, the pie chart will not be visible.
Manual Actions
Track your team's manual actions with an exhaustive overview, displaying total counts and their categorization between phone calls and SMS.
Narrow your focus to specific campaigns or workflows using the Select Campaign/Workflow dropdown.
You can also view individual assignee pending manual actions by selecting from the Assignee dropdown.
Tasks
View all tasks or select specific team member tasks from the dropdown list.
Use the pending dropdown to sort tasks by status, including all tasks or completed ones.
Organize tasks by Due Date to view them in ascending or descending order.
Ensure your CRM integrations are set up (Settings > Integrations) to track the origin of your leads, whether from Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google My Business, etc.
Lead Source Report
Gain an overarching view of your lead sources with the Lead Source Report, detailing the total count of leads, their overall value, and the number of open, won, and lost leads.
Select a date range to analyze lead data over specific timeframes.
Google Ads Reporting
Link your Google Ads account to your CRM to view a 30-day performance summary, including total impressions, clicks, click-through rate, average cost per click, and total ad expenditure.
For a broader view of your ad performance over different periods, refer to the Reporting section.
Google My Business
Review your Google Business Profile's 30-day performance, including total interactions such as search and map views, direct and indirect searches, website visits, and phone calls.
Google Analytics Data
Monitor your Google Analytics over a 12-month period with an interactive chart detailing monthly data. This includes total page views, categorized by direct, paid, social, and organic traffic.
The chart also breaks down the total monthly website views by these traffic sources.
Website Visitors
Gain deeper insights into your website visitors, including demographics like age, gender, device type, and conversion rate.
The conversion rate reflects the ratio of appointments in your calendars to the total website visitors.
View visitor statistics by device type (desktop, mobile, tablet) and demographics (age group, gender).
