Add Contact

Add Contact
Ensure your CRM keeps customer contacts well-organized effortlessly. When a potential client reaches out via text, call, Facebook message, or email, the system automatically adds them for you. Alternatively, you can manually input contact information with just one click of the '+' button on the top left of the contacts page!
Upon clicking the button, a page will appear for you to input the contact details.

Adding New Contacts
Personal Logo
Identify each contact by uploading their business logo, particularly useful if you have clients with the same name. The recommended size is 512*512px and should not exceed 2.5Mb.
First and Last Name
Enter the contact's first and last name in the provided spaces.
Email
Input the contact's email address here.
Phone
Provide the contact's phone number here.
Contact Type
Choose between Lead or Customer type for the contact.
Time Zone
Select the contact's timezone to help you or your users determine the best time to contact them.
DND All Channels or Some Channels
Enable the Do Not Disturb notification for either all social channels or specific ones for the contact.
