Send Internal Notification

To PUBLISH workflows, you must establish both a workflow trigger and a workflow action; otherwise, you can only save the workflow without publishing it.
To send notifications to someone other than the contact in the ongoing workflow, utilize the Send Internal Notification workflow action. To initiate this process, click on the plus button in the workflow action and select Send Internal Notification. This action enables you to send internal notifications to team members when a specific event, like a new lead form submission, occurs.

Type Of Notification
Email
From Name
Enter the name of the sender in this field. Alternatively, click on the tag icon to use a custom value.

From Email
Input the sender's email here. You also have the option to use custom values to fill the email field.

To User Type
Choose who gets access to the contact. Options include sending to all users, the assigned user, a custom email, or a particular user.
All Users
Clicking "All Users" links this contact to all team members.

Assigned User
If the contact is already assigned to a user, you can choose this type to automatically link the contact to that user.

Custom Email
Send an email to the contact using your custom email (i.e., your Domain name).

Particular User
Assign the contact to a specific user by selecting the user, typically for a contact not assigned to a user yet.

Subject
Enter the subject of the email in this field.

Template
Click here to choose from all the templates you've created.

Message Body
If you decide to customize your message, click on the "None" option in the Template section to reveal the Message section. Type the body of the message here. You can also use "Custom values" and "trigger links" as desired.
Add Attachments
Click this icon to add an attachment to the email.

Test Emails
Test the composed email by inputting a demo email address. Click "Send Test Mail." You can use your email address as the demo.

Notification
Title
Enter the title of the notification in this field. Click on the Tag icon to use a custom value.

Message Body
This is the body of the email. Type the content of the message here. It also has a custom value icon in the upper-left corner.

Redirect Page
Select the page for the notification message to be redirected to.

To User Type
Choose who gets access to the contact.

To User Type
Select who gets access to the contact.

Templates
Click this field to select from available templates.

This is where you type the body of the message.

Attach files by clicking on this icon.

Add Files Through URL
Input the URL into the field, then click "+Add" to add the file.

Test Phone Number
Test the composed message by typing a demo cellphone number and clicking "send test SMS" to send the message. You can use your cellphone number as a demo once you are satisfied with your.
