Remove Opportunity

In order to PUBLISH workflows, you must establish both a workflow trigger and a workflow action. If either is missing, you can only save the workflow without the ability to publish it.
The Remove Opportunity action is designed to eliminate opportunities associated with contacts in a specific workflow. This functionality facilitates efficient sales opportunity management by allowing the disassociation of specific opportunities from contacts based on predefined criteria or actions. Consequently, this enhances the organization of sales pipelines and improves the accuracy of tracking and analyzing sales progress.

Pipeline
To utilize this feature, click on 'add new workflow action,' choose 'Remove Opportunity,' and then navigate to the Pipeline dropdown. Select the pipeline containing the opportunity you wish to remove. This provides an effective means of removing contacts from outdated opportunities, ensuring the CRM stays current and up-to-date.
