Voicemail

To incorporate the Voicemail action into your workflow, follow these steps: Click on the + icon to create a new workflow action and choose the Voicemail option. The Voicemail action allows you to send a pre-recorded voicemail file to the designated contact.

Assign User
For directing calls to the specified user's phone number, configured in Twilio, opt for the Assign to User option. In this section, you can choose the user or users you wish to assign to the workflow actions.
If multiple users are selected, you have the flexibility to assign them equally or unequally. Equal assignment will cycle through the chosen users, while unequal assignment lets you allocate traffic weightage to each user.

Drop Your File
To upload the voicemail file, click on the "Upload File" icon. Voicemail files can be recorded and uploaded in either mp3 or wav format.

Voicemail File Troubleshooting
If the voicemail file encounters issues, follow these steps:
Go to and upload the voicemail file.
Choose 64kbps MP3 for better performance.
Download the newly converted file and re-upload it to your workflow.
