List of Created Templates
If you've previously crafted templates within your CRM, they will be displayed in a list format for easy access. These templates are divided into four key components for quick identification: name, body, attachments, and type.
Template Name
Located in the leftmost column under "Message Templates," you'll find a list of your previously created message templates, organized by name.
Template Body
Adjacent to the name column, the corresponding message body is displayed.
Template Attachments
Subsequently, you'll see which attachments are included in your templates.
Template Type
The "Type" column on the far right reveals whether each template is designated as text or email.
Editing Templates
To edit or view existing templates, simply click on the edit icon situated to the right of the template's name and body. This icon resembles a box with a pencil enclosed. Clicking this icon opens a popup containing the template's details, allowing you to make edits or test the message. Remember to save any changes by clicking the green "Save" button at the bottom.
Deleting Templates
If you wish to delete a template you've created, click on the trashcan icon located to the right of the template you want to remove. Please exercise caution when deleting templates, as this action cannot be undone.
Adding New Templates
To create a new template, click on the green "+ Add Template" button on the far right of your screen. A drop-down menu will appear, offering you the choice between a text or email template. Once you select a template type to add, a popup will prompt you to fill in the necessary details.
