Actions

The Workflow Builder section empowers you to establish automated workflows triggered by specific tasks. The determination of which action is essential for activating desired outcomes significantly relies on the specific process or goal at hand. Once the sequence of automated processes required to accomplish the intended objective is outlined, workflows can be effortlessly implemented with a simple mouse click.

Workflow Name

At the top of the page, you'll find the name of your workflow. This is where you can modify the name based on the actions the workflow performs. For instance, if your workflow involves sending a message in response to a missed call, you could name it ‘Missed Call Text-Back.’

Draft vs. publish

Workflow creation can exist in either draft mode or publish mode. To make this adjustment, navigate to the top right corner and toggle the button. With this switch, you can easily activate or deactivate your workflow with a single click! Activating the toggle button is all it takes to make corrections to any workflow timestamp.

Update and Save

After customizing your workflow actions, save your changes by clicking the Save button on the top right side of the page.

Once clicked, a timestamp will be attached to acknowledge when these modifications were finalized, creating an accurate logbook and ensuring no information is lost along the way.

Adjust the view of the workflow or a specific area by clicking the zoom icon.

Test Workflow

Once your workflow is created, conduct a test to ensure smooth operation. Click the Test Workflow button at the top right of the page and select the test contact you want to run through the workflow.
