Navigate to Your AI Voice Assistant: After logging into the High iQ CRM (crm.highiq.io) click on the “AI Voice Assistant tab in the left hand menu. On the screen that loads, click on “Knowledge” from the menu, then click the button on the top right that says “+ New Knowledge Base”, and on the pop up Type in a name, then click Create.
