How To Add A Tag To Multiple Contacts

Consider incorporating a tag for either an individual contact or an entire group. Begin by selecting the contacts of your choice.
Next, locate the "Add tag button" positioned at the bottom of the page. This feature streamlines the process of adding any applied tags with just one click! Whether you're managing one contact or multiple, the task can be effortlessly accomplished.

Add Contact Tag
Once you've selected your contacts and clicked the Add Tag button, a popup will appear. In this popup, click on the designated space to reveal the drop-down tag menu. Select the added tag(s) to apply to the contact(s).
Any chosen tags won't be displayed in the tag drop-down menu since they are already selected. If you wish to remove any selected tags, simply click the "x" icon located next to that specific tag.

Action
Enter a descriptive name or phrase in the Action text box, which will be visible in the tracking report. This could be a simple word conveying the nature of the action or something more meaningful related to the goal or purpose of the action.
