To PUBLISH workflows, you must establish both a workflow trigger and a workflow action. Failing to include both components will only allow you to save the workflow without publishing it.
Through the Add to Workflow action, users have the ability to include a contact in another workflow from their current one. This particular workflow action proves beneficial when there is a need to seamlessly transition a contact to another workflow upon reaching a specific step in the current workflow.
Select a Workflow
To utilize this feature, initiate the process by clicking on 'add new workflow action,' then select 'Add to Workflow,' and proceed to choose the relevant workflow for adding the contact.
It is important to note that this workflow can be any workflow, and users have the flexibility to duplicate this step to add the contact to multiple workflows.
Pass Input Trigger Parameters
An option is provided to toggle the input trigger parameter on or off, depending on your specific requirements.
