The Contact Created trigger initiates the workflow when a new contact is created. Enhance this trigger's functionality by applying filters like tags or custom field data. To get started, click on the "Add New Workflow Trigger" button, then choose "Contact Created." This workflow proves beneficial for configuring processes like adding tags to a contact or sending follow-up messages post-form submission.
Workflow Publishing Requirement
To publish workflows, it is imperative to establish both a workflow trigger and action. The absence of either element restricts the workflow to being saved without the option to publish.
The Contact Change trigger serves as a dynamic option for activating workflows when a contact undergoes modifications.

Add Filters
Has Tag
Opt for this filter to activate workflows based on specific tags. Select a tag from the CRM, ensuring that the workflow triggers only when the designated tag is assigned to the contact's record.

Custom Field
Choose the relevant custom field to activate the workflow when a contact submits data through a form on your website, gathering information via a custom field. This guarantees that the workflow is triggered only when a contact completes the custom field with the required data.
Upon setting up your trigger, you can seamlessly incorporate additional workflow steps, such as sending SMS and/or email and assigning users.
