The After No. of Days filter allows you to set the reminder after a specific number of days since the customer's review. Use this filter to send birthday messages days after a customer's birthday by inputting the desired number of days for the reminder after the birthdate.
Before No. of Days
The Before No. of Days filter enables you to send a notification a few days before a customer or team member's birthday. Select the days before their birthday to send a pre-birthday message. For example, if the birthday falls on the 3rd of August, set the reminder a day before on the 2nd of August. The workflow triggers a reminder on the 2nd of August, followed by a "Birthday SMS" action and a "Wait" action for 24 hours, leading to the celebration on the 3rd of August.
Day Is
Selecting the Day Is filter allows you to send a message on a customer's exact birthdate. The workflow triggers on the specific birthdate, ensuring timely and personalized birthday wishes.
Month Is
This filter enables you to send birthday SMS to customers or team members once a month. Choose their birth month and select the day of the month to send bulk messages to all celebrants for that month, creating an efficient and thoughtful way to acknowledge monthly birthdays.
