Attribution Conversion Report
The Attribution Conversion Report section provides users with the capability to monitor and analyze revenue generation and the overall percentage of sales based on different metrics, including contacts in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, opportunities, and sessions.
This section proves invaluable in tracking the success of moving leads through sales processes and determining the revenue generated for the business.
NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, access to all components may vary.
Choose Source Type
Select the data type you wish to include in your attribution reports to gain insights tailored to your specific needs. Options include Forms, Surveys, or Calendars.
Choosing Forms or Surveys allows you to analyze the performance of various lead generation forms and assess the effectiveness of customer feedback initiatives. Opting for Calendars enables the assessment of scheduled events and appointments on customer engagement and conversions.
Select Date Range
To accurately analyze attribution data, users must filter and set specific date ranges. This can be done using the Select Date Range button. Click the calendar button to choose the date range, then click the green check mark to save and view your selected data.
Refresh Data
Clicking the refresh button updates all displayed data without needing to refresh the entire browser tab or window. This ensures access to the most current and accurate reporting information, facilitating well-informed decisions based on real-time data without disrupting workflow or user experience.
Revenue Closed
Monitor the revenue generated during a specific time frame to gain insights into financial performance.
Opportunities Closed
Keep track of successfully closed opportunities during a specific time frame to evaluate sales performance and conversion rates.
Total Contacts
Monitor the number of contacts gathered during a specific time frame to assess the effectiveness of lead generation and marketing efforts.
Total Sessions
The Total Sessions metric allows users to monitor the number of sessions created during the selected period, encompassing website traffic, forms, surveys, and calendar visits.
Revenue Closed - Timeline
View a timeline of revenue generated during a specific period, changing as the date range is adjusted in the top right corner of the screen.
Opportunities Closed - Timeline
Display a timeline of closed opportunities during the selected period, with changes reflecting adjustments to the date range.
Contacts Created - Timeline
Show a timeline of contacts created during a specified period, updating with changes to the date range.
Sessions Created - Timeline
Present a timeline of sessions created over the selected period, including website traffic, forms, surveys, and calendar visits.
Opportunities Closed - Traffic
The Opportunities Closed chart depicts the timeline of closed opportunities and their traffic sources. Easily track sources such as Organic Search, Social Media platforms, and Direct Traffic.
Contacts Created - Traffic
The Contacts Created chart displays the timeline of contacts and their traffic sources. Monitor sources like Organic Search, Social Media platforms, and Direct Traffic.
Sessions Created - Traffic Source
The Sessions Created chart presents a timeline of sessions and their traffic sources. Track sources like Organic Search, Social Media platforms, and Direct Traffic.
Show/Export Data
Click on the Show/Export Data icon to view and export a list of contacts created within a specific time frame. This feature is also available for tracking closed opportunities, allowing you to export information about opportunities closed during a particular period to an Excel sheet.
