Manage Profile Settings
Explore the various components available in the company settings tab within your account settings management area.
NOTE: Your user permissions may limit access to certain components.
General Information
Display the current location ID of the company. Copy the ID link using the provided "copy" icon. Upload, change, or remove the company logo. Update company information, including name, email, phone number, and website. Set a username for each sub-account. Enter the exact legal business name registered with the EIN for future compliance registration. Provide your official business email address. Input your official business phone number. Add your business website. Select the niche your business belongs to. Use this API Key for Zapier and API integrations. Copy the ID link and regenerate a new API key using the "Refresh" icon. Business Information
Select the type of business: Sole proprietorship, Partnership, LLC, Co-operative, or non-profit Corporation. Choose the industry category your company belongs to. Business Registration ID Type Select the Government ID for company registration. Business Registration Number Enter your company's registration number. If not registered, tick the "My business is Not registered" box. Business Regions of Operation Select regions where your company operates. Call & Voicemail Settings
Customize the default voicemail message for Twilio numbers. Upload a custom voicemail in mp3 format and set a timeout number (recommended: 20 seconds or less).
Business Physical Address
Enter the full walk-in address for your business. Include street, city, postal/zip code, state/Prov/Region, and country. Specify your time zone and preferred language for system use.
Authorized Representative
Provide details for an Authorized Representative, including first & last name, email, job position, and phone number with the country code.
General Settings
Toggle settings on/off:
Allow Duplicate Opportunity Merge Facebook Contacts By Name Mark Emails as Invalid due to Hard Bounce Validate Phone numbers when the first SMS is sent to a new contact Make SMS compliant by adding an opt-out message Make SMS compliant by adding sender information Make Email compliant by adding an Unsubscribe link in your email Depreciated Features
Choose to enable/disable Triggers and/or Campaigns, which will be replaced with Workflows in the future.

Enable automatic sending of a text message to missed call numbers. Customize and demo-test the text message before making it live.
