Pipeline Stage Changed Workflow Trigger
The Pipeline Stage Change workflow trigger activates when an opportunity's pipeline stage undergoes an update. This trigger responds to the progression of the opportunity card through different stages within the pipeline, initiating the workflow at each stage transition.
To initiate this trigger, click on the "Add New Workflow Trigger" button and select "Pipeline Stage Change."
All Filters
You have the option to refine your trigger by adding more filters. Click on "Add Filters" and select from the following options:
Assigned To
The "Assigned To" filter enables the triggering of the assignment of a contact to a user based on a condition of your choice. Simply select a team member from the dropdown to assign them.
Has Tag
Selecting the "Has Tag" filter option activates the workflow when an opportunity card with a specific tag moves from one stage to another within a pipeline. For example, if an opportunity card with a "Member-exclusive reward" tag moves between stages, the workflow will be activated.
Lead Value
Choose the lead value and set an operator for it to trigger the workflow based on lead value conditions.
In Pipeline
The "In Pipeline" filter allows for more targeted workflow automation, triggering when an opportunity card moves between stages in a specific pipeline.
Pipeline Stage
To further narrow the criteria, the "Pipeline Stage" filter can be used. This option targets a designated stage in the pipeline, activating the workflow when an opportunity card arrives at that stage.
Status
Choose the status (abandon, lost, or open) to trigger the workflow defined by the Status filter. This filter provides further customization based on the status of the opportunity card.
