SMS Action
The Send SMS workflow action is designed to dispatch a text message to the customer when the workflow is initiated. To commence, click on the + icon to introduce a new workflow action, and opt for Send SMS.
Edit Action
Templates
If you wish to employ an SMS template created previously, access the Select Template dropdown, choose the template you desire, or swiftly add it by typing the template name into the search bar.
Message
In the absence of an SMS template, you can input your SMS message directly into the Message box.
Custom Values
Enhance the personalization of your SMS by incorporating custom values, such as the customer's name. Additionally, integrate trigger links if you intend to redirect them to a funnel or a specific website page.
Add Attachment
For the inclusion of attachments like files or images, click the green Add Attachment button, and select the desired file or image.
Add Files Through the URL
Incorporate files via URL by entering the URL in the field and then clicking "+Add" to include the file.
Test Phone Number
After completing all SMS details, perform a test by entering a demo phone number in the designated box and clicking Sent Test SMS. Ensure the test is sent to your actual phone number for an accurate preview on your mobile device. Once satisfied with the SMS workflow action, click the green Save Action button in the bottom right corner.
SMS Statistics
Once your workflow is active, and customers have undergone the process, you can review SMS message statistics.
Delivered
This section displays the number of SMS messages successfully delivered to contacts.
Clicked
Indicates the number of contacts that clicked on the SMS message.
Failed
Illustrates the count of SMS messages that failed to reach the intended contacts.
View Details
Click on "view details" to access comprehensive information for each statistic.
