Accessing Campaign Workflows
Navigate to Automations: After logging into your CRM, locate and select the Automations tab.
Select Campaign Workflows: Within the Automations section, click on Campaign Workflows. Typically, there will be one main option available for you to select and modify.
Adjusting Daily Limits
Locate the Drip Step: As you enter the campaign workflow, scroll to find the Drip Step. This section is where you can adjust the number of calls and texts that go out daily for each campaign. Ensure that all modifications are saved to avoid losing any adjustments. Publish Your Changes: Lastly, confirm that the workflow is set to Published.
