General CRM Overview

This article offers a concise guide to the dashboard and left sidebar options on your platform. It details how to utilize various features, noting that feature availability may depend on your specific plan.
The left sidebar houses a menu of all accessible sections, facilitating easy navigation within the platform. It's a centralized point for managing your platform's features.
Navigation The left sidebar's main view showcases your dashboard, displaying general reports on contacts, pipelines, and other pertinent data, centralizing access to crucial business insights. Below is the CRM view.
For multiple account holders, a drop-down menu allows account switching. Below this menu lies the search bar, where you can quickly find contact details, add opportunities, or view payment information.
Quick Actions The Quick Actions section offers straightforward options for common tasks like adding contacts, setting appointments, requesting reviews, or creating opportunities.
Conversations The Conversations view is a unified communication center, encompassing emails, SMS, and other interactions. It includes tabs for:
Manual Actions - Setting up tasks like manual calls. Templates - Creating email/SMS templates for automation. Trigger Links – Custom links for campaign automation. Access these tabs from the Conversations section in the sidebar.
Calendar The Calendar section displays all your calendars and upcoming events. The Appointments section shows booked appointments. Access it from the Calendars option in the sidebar.
Contacts The Contacts section is vital for contact management, offering features for adding, managing, and segmenting contacts. Tabs include:
Contact Request - Overview of imported contacts. Bulk Actions - Add campaigns to groups of contacts. Restore - Recover deleted contacts. Manage Smart Lists - Create dynamic lists based on contact data. Find these tabs under Contacts in the sidebar.
Opportunities The Pipelines tab tracks contact progress through various stages. Access Opportunities and Pipeline tabs from the sidebar.
Payments The Payments section allows product creation and viewing. Tabs include Transactions for tracking product-related transactions and Integrations for payment processing tools like Stripe or Paypal.
Marketing The Marketing section includes:
Social Planner – For planning social posts. Emails – For building and sending emails. Templates - For creating emails using templates. Trigger Links. These are accessible from the Marketing option in the sidebar.
Automation Automation simplifies task design and implementation, with tabs for Workflows, Content AI, Campaigns, and Triggers. Accessible from the Automations in the sidebar.
Note: Enable campaigns and triggers in Settings if preferred.
Sites The Sites option is for creating marketing funnels, with tabs for Websites, Memberships, Forms, Surveys, and a Chat Widget. Access these from Sites in the sidebar.
Membership The Membership section offers tools for online course creation and management, accessible under Memberships in the sidebar.
Reputation Manage and monitor your online reputation in this section. Tabs include Requests, Reviews, and Listings for managing review requests, responding to reviews, and optimizing online listings.
Reporting The Reporting section offers comprehensive campaign reports with tabs for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Attribution Report, Call Reporting, and Appointment Report.
Settings Located at the bottom of the sidebar, Settings is your central hub for platform customization and management, aligning with business needs.
