Custom Date Reminder

Utilize the Custom Date Reminder trigger to activate the workflow on a specified date of your choice. This feature is ideal for dispatching reminders related to account reviews or upcoming appointments. To get started, click on 'Add New Workflow Trigger,' and from the dropdown menu under 'Choose a Workflow Trigger,' select 'Custom Date Reminder.' Incorporate a filter with the Custom Date Field, ensuring that the trigger activates only when a date is established in your CRM, such as for account reviews.

Add Filters

Custom Date Field

Click on this filter to select the 'Custom Date Field' in the CRM. You will be prompted to specify the days before or after the custom date for the workflow trigger.

After No. of Days

Use the 'After No. of Days' filter to set a reminder after a specific number of days following a customer's review. This can also be employed for sending birthday messages a designated number of days after the customer's birthday.

Before No. of Days

Employ the 'Before No. of Days' filter to notify customers or team members a few days before their birthday. Choose the desired number of days before their birthday to send a pre-event message.

Day Is

Select the 'Day Is' filter to send a message on the customer's exact birthdate.

Month Is

Use the 'Month Is' filter to send birthday SMS once a month. Select the birth month and choose the day of the month to send bulk messages to all celebrants for that month.

Has Tag

Choose a tag from the CRM. When a tag is assigned to the contact's workflow, the trigger will activate based on the specified tag.
