Video Tracking
Note: The accuracy of video tracking is dependent on whether the progress bar is turned off. Enabling the progress bar may interfere with the accuracy of the workflow's video tracking.
To incorporate a video into the filters for a Video Tracking Workflow Trigger, it needs to be encoded. It is recommended to disable the "Show Progress Bar" in the Video Element settings to ensure accurate progress tracking. Additionally, setting up a Redirect for Unregistered Visitors is advised for a smoother workflow experience.
All Filters
Funnel
The Funnel filter allows you to determine whether any of the funnels in your CRM should trigger the workflow or if none of them should activate it. Upon selecting this filter, you can then specify which funnels to include or exclude, providing flexibility in workflow triggers based on your CRM's funnel structure.
Video
The Video filter enables you to choose whether any of the videos in your CRM should trigger the workflow or if none of them should be a trigger. Once this filter is selected, you can specify which videos to include or exclude, tailoring the workflow trigger to your specific video content.
Video Duration %
The Video Duration % filter empowers you to activate a workflow trigger when a visitor watches a specific percentage of the video. To trigger the workflow, provide precise instructions such as "video duration is greater than 50%." This feature ensures that the workflow responds appropriately based on the viewer's engagement level with the video content.
