Edit Conversation

To PUBLISH workflows, it is essential to establish both a workflow trigger and a workflow action. The absence of either component restricts the ability to publish the workflow; in such cases, you can only save it.
To designate a Conversation as Read/Unread or Archive/Unarchive, users need to choose the Edit Conversation action. This workflow action streamlines the process of managing conversations, eliminating the manual effort required to mark them as read/unread or archive/unarchive after a triggered event.

Managing Read Or Unread Chats
Users have the option to mark a conversation with a contact as either "Read" or "Unread."
Mark as Unread
Click on "Mark as unread" to remind yourself of a chat without reopening it; this action triggers the return of the notification pop-up on the chat.

For conversations you prefer to skip without opening, you can mark them as "read."

Managing Archive Or Unarchive Chats
Choose to archive or unarchive the contact's chat.
Archive
Click here to archive (hide) a chat.

Unarchive -> Move to Recent Tab
