Opportunity Pipelines
In this section, you possess the capability to construct, arrange, and manage various pipelines that constitute your opportunities segment.
If you haven't explored the "Opportunities" tab within your CRM, it is recommended to do so after reviewing this instructional guide to familiarize yourself with its features.
NOTE: Depending on your user permissions, access to all components may not be available.
Pipeline List
All created pipelines can be conveniently located in the pipeline list, providing easy access and an organized view.
Edit Pipeline
Utilizing the edit functionality, you can modify an existing pipeline in various ways, such as altering its name, adding or eliminating stages, and making other necessary adjustments. Refer to the accompanying GIF for visual guidance on editing a pre-existing pipeline.
Delete Pipeline
To remove a previously-created pipeline, simply click on the trash can icon. Exercise caution, as deleted pipelines cannot be recovered and will be permanently erased!
Create New Pipeline
Initiate the creation of a new Pipeline by clicking the green + Create new Pipeline button in the top-right corner. Follow the guided process to provide a pipeline name, enter stage name(s), add stages, and choose whether to display or hide the stage funnel chart and stage pie chart.
Pipeline Name
When creating a new pipeline, give them names according to their purpose or the source of the leads. Pipelines can be named, for example, "Google Ads," "Facebook Ads," "Website Leads," etc.
Stage Name
Pipeline "Stages" constitute the entire pipeline, with each stage representing a new step in the process. Name stages in accordance with the step of the process your lead is in. Examples include "New lead," "Registered," and "Paid."
+ Add Stage
Click this button when ready to add a new stage and name it accordingly.
Stage Funnel Chart: Show/Hide
Toggle to choose whether to show this stage in your CRM dashboard funnel charts for reporting purposes or simply hide it.
Stage Pie Chart: Show/Hide
Toggle to choose whether to show this stage in your CRM dashboard pie charts for reporting purposes or simply hide it.
Actions
Under the Actions section, manage your pipeline with options like displaying or concealing the pipeline pie chart, showing or hiding the pipeline funnel chart, and deleting a stage as needed. This offers flexibility in customizing your pipeline's appearance and functionality.
Pipeline Pie Chart: Show/Hide
Toggle to choose whether to show this pipeline in your CRM dashboard pie charts for reporting purposes or simply hide it.
Pipeline Funnel Chart: Show/Hide
Toggle to choose whether to show this pipeline in your CRM dashboard funnel charts for reporting purposes or simply hide it.
Delete Stage
Delete a stage by clicking the garbage can icon. Once a stage is deleted, it will be permanently removed.
