Effectively Managing Your Smart Lists
Effortlessly manage your smart lists by navigating to the Smart Lists section, conveniently located under the Contacts tab in your CRM. Within this section, all previously created smart lists are accessible, providing the flexibility to view and edit them as necessary. This centralized hub ensures the efficient organization and modification of your smart lists, enhancing your overall CRM experience.
NOTE: Access to specific components may vary based on your user permissions.
Smart List Card
Each smart list you create receives a distinctive table card, facilitating convenient organization. These table cards allow you to rearrange your smart lists effortlessly. Furthermore, quick action buttons on the far right side of each card provide easy access to various functions, streamlining your experience while managing your smart lists.
Drag and Drop
To simplify the organization of your smart list table, utilize the provided icon. Click and hold this icon to effortlessly drag and drop the smart list above or below other entries within the table. This ensures a customized and well-structured arrangement tailored to your preferences.
Smart List Settings
In the settings menu, you gain the ability to manage various aspects of your smart lists. This includes editing their names, duplicating existing smart lists, deleting unnecessary ones, and sharing them with other CRM users. These options offer greater flexibility and control over your smart lists, promoting efficient collaboration and organization.
Duplicate Smart List
Use this button to duplicate existing smart lists quickly, copying a set of filters previously used on another smart list.
Sharing Smart Lists
When creating smart lists, you can share them globally with every user in your CRM or selectively with specific users. Icons next to each smart list in the settings area indicate the sharing status:
Shared globally with every user in your CRM.
A smart list created by you and shared with others.
The smart list created by another user and shared with you.
Edit Smart List Name
This button allows you to change the name of your smart list.
Delete Smart List
When necessary, select this button to delete a smart list. Deleting a smart list does not remove the contacts from your CRM, but the smart list will no longer appear.
