How To Merge Multiple Contacts
Encountering duplicate contacts for the same individual? Leverage the convenient 'merge contacts' button to amalgamate them into a comprehensive record! Handpick the contacts you wish to merge from your list and click the Merge Contact button.
When prompted, you have the autonomy to decide which information should be incorporated into the merged contact, safeguarding crucial details from being lost — all in one centralized location. With this seamless merging utility, there's no need to navigate between multiple contacts with similar data. Managing your customer relationships becomes more effortless and faster than ever before.
Ensure you select a minimum of two contacts to access the Merge button.
Merging Contacts
During the contact merging process, you have the flexibility to designate which contact serves as the Master Record. This can be easily accomplished on the page by toggling the contact you want as the master. If you prefer to use all information from that contact, click on the 'Select All' option atop the Master Record Card.
Once you click "Confirm and resolve," this operation becomes irreversible.
Selecting Info To Merge
Below is a compilation of relevant data that can be chosen from various contacts and subsequently combined into a unified entry under the Master record. This process streamlines contact management by consolidating multiple related records into one accessible entry.
Select All
Additionally, you have the option to use the 'Select All' button, allowing you to effortlessly choose all available information pertaining to a specific contact. This feature simplifies the process of gathering comprehensive data on an individual, ensuring no crucial details are overlooked.
Show Fields With Different Values
Option for the 'Show Fields With Different Values' option to easily view and compare fields containing varying information. This feature helps identify discrepancies or unique data points among your contacts, facilitating more precise record-keeping and analysis.
Show all Fields
If you prefer displaying every field, regardless of content, simply click on the 'Show all fields' button provided. This option offers a comprehensive view of all available data for each contact, ensuring complete information access at your fingertips.
