How To Send An SMS

Creating an SMS Message:

To initiate the process of sending an SMS message to a client, you should begin by accessing the relevant conversation within your messaging platform. Next, look for and click on the SMS button positioned at the bottom left corner of the conversation window. This action will trigger the appearance of a message box where you can compose the text you want to send to your client.

Adding Custom Fields:

In order to personalize your SMS messages, you have the option to incorporate custom values based on information collected from forms, surveys, and appointment calendars related to your customers. Simply click on the + button icon located at the bottom of the message box. This action will open a dropdown menu presenting a list of custom values that can be inserted into your SMS message. Choose the desired value, and it will automatically appear in the message box. When sent, this value will be filled with the corresponding information from your CRM. If there's no information available for the custom value you've inserted, it indicates that a particular value is empty in your CRM. To create new custom values, you can access the Settings section of your CRM and select 'Custom Values.'
