Opportunities Overview

Welcome to the "Opportunities" tab overview. This section is crafted to assist you in the efficient management and organization of new business opportunities. By integrating them into pipelines, you can monitor their progress throughout the entire sales cycle. Once the pipelines are established, you can leverage this powerful feature to streamline your sales process.
Note: If you currently do not have "Pipelines" set up, either visit the settings area to create them yourself or contact your CRM administrator for assistance.

Filter By Pipelines
Efficiently analyze your sales pipeline's progress and effectiveness by filtering opportunities based on pipelines.

Opportunity Cards
Effectively manage and organize leads, customers, and potential business deals through opportunity cards. These cards guide you in monitoring the advancement of each opportunity, ensuring a smooth transition through the sales process and enhancing overall pipeline management.

Quick Card Action
These action icons at the footer of each card facilitate seamless addition and management of activities.
Call: Speed-dials the contact number.
View Conversation: Directs you to the contact's conversation thread.
Add Tag: Adds a tag to your contact card.
Add Notes: Directs you to the Note tab to add any additional info about the contact.
Add Tasks: Assigns any user in your team to a task specifically for that contact.
Add an Appointment: Books an appointment with the contact.

Opportunity Search Bar
To find a specific opportunity, use the search bar and input relevant contact details or the unique opportunity name. This feature streamlines the ability to manage and track progress in the sales process.

Sort By
Organize opportunities based on the date they were added to your CRM:
Date Added: Filters opportunities by the date they were added in descending or ascending order.
Deal Value: Filters opportunities by deal value in descending or ascending order. Switch between descending or ascending order using the arrow.

The opportunities section provides various filtering options for greater control and insights into pipeline stage performance, allowing you to better understand and manage your sales process.

By Owner: Designate opportunities to individual users, enhancing collaboration and defining responsibilities. Apply filters based on opportunity owners for a streamlined overview of tasks and their corresponding team members.

By Follower: Efficiently manage and track progress by applying filters based on followers.

By Status: Assign various statuses such as "Open," "Won," "Lost," or "Abandoned" to opportunities. Use filtering to sort and view opportunities based on a specific status, facilitating efficient management and evaluation of sales pipeline progress.

By Campaign Type: Refine opportunities by filtering according to specific campaign origins. Gain insights into campaign effectiveness for informed decisions about resource allocation and future marketing strategies.

By Last Stage Change: Efficiently filter opportunities based on the date range of a stage change, focusing exploration on opportunities within the selected timeframe.

By Created On: Filter opportunities based on the date range they were created, facilitating focused exploration within the selected timeframe.

By Lead Value: Filter opportunities based on lead value, specifying criteria such as "is," "lesser than," "greater than," "not equal to," "is empty," or "is not empty."

Download Opportunities List
Export data about opportunities generated within the pipeline. This feature facilitates the extraction and analysis of essential information regarding your opportunities, contributing to the management and evaluation of your sales process.
To download your Opportunities List, filter the opportunities, click the 3-dot menu on the upper right corner, and select Export. A popup notification of the export progress will appear.

Additional Info
Refine opportunities by applying filters based on specific criteria, such as leads with assigned tasks, calendar events, notes, and more. This feature allows for efficient management and targeting of relevant opportunities. The system retains your previous filter selections, ensuring a seamless user experience when revisiting the opportunity filtering process.
