These tasks are consolidated within a dedicated section of your CRM, providing a comprehensive overview of responsibilities associated with different team members and contacts. This centralized approach ensures efficient management, contributing to enhanced productivity and overall effectiveness.

No Tasks Created
If you see the message "No Task to Show Yet," it indicates that your task list is currently empty. As you start creating tasks, they will populate this section, offering a well-organized overview of your ongoing responsibilities and assignments.

The search bar is a valuable tool for swiftly locating specific tasks within your list. This efficient feature streamlines the process of finding relevant tasks, saving time and effort while allowing you to focus on completing your responsibilities.

Create New Task
Multiple methods are available for creating new tasks within your CRM system. One convenient approach is to click on the designated button, streamlining the process and enabling efficient management of your responsibilities.

Creating New Task
This section contains various elements necessary for creating a new task within your CRM. These include the task title, description, assignee, associated contact, and due date. Incorporating these details ensures effective management and tracking of responsibilities.
Task Title: Assign a clear title for easy identification and retrieval.
Task Description: Provide ample details for task execution guidance.
Task Assignee: Allocate tasks to specific team members for streamlined workflow.
Task Contact: Link each task to a specific contact for efficient relationship management.
Task Due Date: Set deadlines for timely completion.
Save or Cancel New Task: Upon completing the task creation process, choose to either save or cancel the new task, ensuring seamless organization and management.

Task Table
The Task Table provides comprehensive information on every task, including name, description, associated contact, assigned team member, due date, and current status. This consolidated view facilitates efficient organization and management of tasks within your team.
Name & Description:
Click on a task for more detailed information in the contacts section.

Contact:
Displays the contact associated with each task.

Assignee:
Shows the assigned team member for each task.

Due Date:
Displays the task due date.

Status:
Presents the current status of each task, with the option to mark tasks as complete.

Task Actions
Click the 3 dots on the right of any task to access the task actions menu. Perform actions like marking a task as complete, editing, or deleting a task.

Filters
Utilize filters to efficiently locate tasks based on criteria such as contacts, assignees, task status, and due dates.
By Contact: Display tasks assigned to specific contacts.
Search A Contact:
Quickly locate specific contacts.

Display tasks assigned to particular team members.

Review and assign unassigned tasks.

View tasks based on their current status.

Click the "Refresh Data" button to ensure you're working with the most current information, maintaining accuracy and up-to-date details.
