To publish workflows, it is essential to establish both a workflow trigger and action. Without these components, you can only save the workflow without making it publicly accessible.
Contact Tag Workflow:
The Contact Tag workflow becomes active when a tag is either added or removed from a contact within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Tags play a crucial role in organizing customer information and monitoring follow-up needs for specific customers. This functionality allows for the seamless movement of customers between different lists or steps based on their activities or interactions.

To initiate the setup process, follow these steps:
Click on "Add New Workflow Trigger." From the dropdown menu labeled "Choose a Workflow Trigger," select "Contact Tag."

Example Scenario:
