About this doc
  1. Go to OKR Reference Table and fill out your team’s objectives and how they relate to overall company objectives.

  2. List your Key Results in My OKRs and link them to each Objective.

  3. Go to Task List, add all your tasks, the Importance, and the Urgency.

  4. The Priority of each task will be automatically calculated.

  5. The section Prioritization Table has more details on how the priority is calculated.

  6. Once all your tasks are added, the Priority List and the Priority Grid will provide new views for you to review your tasks and put them in groups based on priority.

  7. This is just a template, so feel free to edit as you need.
