The project tracking module allows individual projects to have their own hub to track details of the project. We usually see teams create a hub per project, let’s see how it works.
ProductOS doc
We start out in the company wide ProductOS. This is where the central company roadmap or product launch cal lives. However for individual projects, you probably have more information you want to track such as granular tasks, or meeting notes.

I’ll navigate over to the core product team hub in this demo. The great part is that it’s connect with the company roadmap, so that while the project team might just be working out of the project hub, they still can see the information in the company wide hub. Even better, they don’t have to leave their project hub to update progress.

Within the project hub, you can track tasks for each project with the task metadata being completely customizable. You also have the option to pull in tasks for Jira, Asana, or other task tracking tools.

Customize meetings to have agendas, meeting notes, & action items. You can even add automations to send out reminders before the meeting, or summaries after the meeting.

Finally, because the company wide information is integrated deeply into the project hub, any updates made here will reflect directly back in the company wide calendar & in the exec dashboard as well.
