The decision module helps teams stay aligned on upcoming decisions by making sure the right stakeholders are involved, everyone’s voice is heard, & communicating out the decision quickly. This module also helps increase velocity of decision making with automated scheduling.

This module starts with a central single source of truth for all upcoming decisions. It includes:
Columns for stakeholder management (RAPID, DACI, or proactive flashtags)
Integrated with Slack to send notification when decision is made
Integrates with google calendar to schedule time for all stakeholders to meet if a meeting is needed. This encourages people to solve async, but if not, easily schedule a meeting.

How does scheduling the meeting work?
We often times see in decision making meetings( myabe your leadership meeting), there are so many people in the room who may not be relevant for the discussion.
Instead by clearly outlining who should be inovlved via roles, you can start just inviting those people to the decision making meeting. Making the time itself way more effective since everyone there should be invovled in the discussion.
Now how do you ensure that the decisison log wil be updated? It is embedded in both the accountability protoocl section, but also in the proejct team hub.
Bc it’s where people work, it’s more likely they will update it instead of having to go to a new place
