Most companies we work with implemented their goal setting & tracking frameworks first in a GSheet. As they grow in headcount and complexity, they need to evolve from that original solution, and are looking for a better alternative, that’s not a rigid out of the box SaaS app.

Can’t query / roll up easily

Poor UX
Lose buy-in and productivity of the “owners” of the goals. Many of our clients were spending ~1000 hrs each quarter cat herding and having team put in their updates.
Fragile
At scale, it’s so easy to break formulas and rows. Impact: GiGo (stale, not right), fear of using the tool. Updates aren’t bubbling up to leadership without nagging, otherwise, they aren’t informed and can’t help.
