Personal Story:
Started as an assistant in a real estate office. Agents complained about lack of leads; collected leads but noticed no one called them. Took the initiative to call leads and eventually got promoted for showing initiative. Began door-knocking, which was challenging but taught valuable lessons in perseverance.

Ignore the Haters:
The opinions of people who aren't paying you don't matter. People may be rude or negative, but their opinions shouldn't affect you.
Rejection Isn’t Personal:
Rejection is about the offer, not you. People reject for many reasons that have nothing to do with you.

Each rejection is a step closer to a 'yes'. Understand that every call, even a rejection, contributes to your overall success.

Sales is a tough but noble profession. Be proud of your ability to handle rejection and persist. Few people have the tenacity for it.
