New Columns for Existing Bases

To size new columns to fit existing bases we need the following information.
Center to center of all bolts.
Size of existing bolts.
Exposed threads of existing bolts.
Existing base plate size and thickness, and column size if still on site.
Center to center measurement from one base to the other.
Diameter of existing bases.
