Channel Coil

Colored aluminum material used to create the channel letter.
Finished size with face installed is 3 ⅜” or 5 ⅜”.

Trim Cap

Plastic that is adhered to channel letter faces.
Face and trim cap is sleeved on channel letter return and secured with screws.

Face Substrate

White acrylic 4.5mm 2447 SG is used as the face substrate for channel letters.
The standard sheet size available is 75×100”.

Back Substrate

6mm ACM (aluminum composite material) is used for the letter backs.
