Face Substrate

White acrylic 4.5mm 2447 SG, with or without applied.
LEDs are mounted to a white or clear polycarbonate backer.
Vinyl can be applied to the backer for different halo colours.
Minimum 2” letter stroke.

Channel Coil

Coloured aluminum material used to create the channel letter return.
Coil is 3” or 5” with a finished depth of 3⅜” or 5⅜”.

Trim Cap

Plastic that is adhered to channel letter faces.
Plastic that is adhered to channel letter faces.
Face and trim cap is sleeved on channel letter return and secured with screws.
