Trigger syncing back
Coda will not allow you to trigger a sync. It has to be done manually. Check here for details.

Missing, Blank or too large Rows,
If your WP page is too big, Coda may not be able to pull the data in. Your options are to make the page smaller then resync then paste back the code in WP. At least you will be able to see your page. We are talking to Coda on how to increase this limitation .

Attaching Multiple Accounts
You can connect multiple accounts and pull data all to a single table. It is not possible though to have separate tables per account.
