Syncing Set Up For Tables
Depending on your use requirements will depend on how often you wish to sync your tables.
Coda allows manual syncing. Which can be done by clicking 
on the sync table under the title.
You can also set up hourly or daily syncing if you wish by clicking the “Edit” button on your sync table under the title.
If you have set up Buffer tables a good idea may also be to “Re-sync” trigger using an Automation
