To keep Coda clean and manageable all raw example tables are kept on

HOWEVER
As with Coda best practises we do not want to use our raw tables so we have created another page that we will use for the “actual” tables we are syncing. Keeping these all on the one page helps us to ensure any “duplications” we can quickly update the table IDs and also be able to find the tables quickly should we need to change them.
