Overview

Hello! The problem we’re trying to solve here is that our sales reps find it challenging to determine which SwipeSimple software package will be a good fit for their merchant due to the large number of features we support. ie, Invoices are good for plumbers, but not for retail. We’d recommend the SwipeSimple Payments Software Package for the former; SwipeSimple Register for the latter. But we don’t make that an easy thing to figure out today.

Audience

Sales reps who are busy, distracted, and focused on closing sales all day long. They don’t have time to wade through marketing copy that’s directed at a merchant to figure out what SwipeSimple solution to sell. They just want it spelled out for them in an easy to understand way.

Solution

I think we should create a super information-dense, double-sided 1-sheet with an overview of the features and who each is a good fit for. A lot of the information is found on the Software Package 1-sheet

, but I think the pain point is it’s difficult for the reseller to make the comparison in 1 place.

Direction

This should look good (obviously or I wouldn’t be talking to you!), but doesn’t have to be as brand-forward / user-friendly as our usual projects. Meaning, if this 1-sheet is just a nice giant table, I think that’s OK!
