The first tab is the master tab but I've created two subset tabs (one for Prohibited MCCs and another for Restricted MCCs) as I assumed a structure like that would be easiest for you all to upload as a static data source.
When a merchant provides an MCC on the application that matches an MCC in step 1,
We somehow flag in Salesforce that this person is a Prohibited or Restricted business type, so a user can see that when they are review submitted applications.
