Sending back "purchase" info to Ad platforms

OK I’m back. Sorry about the back & forth on this. I think this will be the last time I change this.
We want to update the application submit conversion to calculate based off of what they enter in the application after all.
So this:

Note that we want there to be a maximum value we send back ($5,000).




Updates - Feb. 12 2024

OK so first of all, I apologize - as there was some miscommunication internally about what we’re trying to accomplish here.
We may still use the trigger you set up below (using Application data to send to ad platforms as purchase) but for now - we’d like to tweak this.

And text explanation:
We take the value the Lead enters in the Monthly sales field
this is work done previously:
We convert their entry to the value in the (this is the same as the predicted LTV request)
ONLY send it back as a Purchase after the user submits the application.
so i think this trigger? ​

I think we can accomplish this via Google Tag Manager variables?

And then

All of the below still applies, how we want to send back to the ad platforms:

Meta

For Meta, we should send back a purchase []
Currency: usd
Value: based on table above dynamically generated based on the information they provide in the application, in the Annual Card Sales field on page 3 of the application.
Formula: Annual Card Sales * .01

Google

For Google, we should send back a purchase conversion in GA4 using Google Tag Manager []
This should be implemented using the same formula as above
