GTM: 1st page of application complete

Overview

Hello! We are looking for a way to create an Google Ads conversion for a user who completed the 1st page of the SwipeSimple Connect application.
Given that our Dev team is currently running an A/B test, which changes the 2nd URL a user goes to, we’re trying to come up with a new way of setting this up

The test

The test is a 50/50 split between 2 website flows:

My idea

If it’s reliable - perhaps we could simply setup, if user:
Fills out form on /business-information/ AND
user clicks Next button
We fire event. This way we’re not dependent on what URL a user ends up on next.
