Investigation: Form handler reliability

Overview

What we’re talking about: Form handlers for landing pages and the /get-started/ page
We are quite frequently seeing issues with missing data, which leads us to believe our form handlers are erroring out.
The primary way we’re seeing this is we’ll have application submitted to Infinicept that are not added to Salesforce. Which means they’re somehow not making it into Salesforce - even though they have a PMI.
So that makes the form handler the primary suspect here.

What we’ve tried already

We used to be able to see all form submissions in Webflow, under Settings > Forms.
If form submissions were available in Webflow, we could troubleshoot this there. (Or setup a Zap as a backup solution)
But it seems like that stopped being a thing:

Next steps

We are working with our Engineering team to ensure we can route all error responses.
But we’re wondering why Webflow stopped being a backup here? Is there another way we can have a backup of Lead form submissions? Or - do you have any ideas with regards to how we can catch errors from the form handler?
