Proposal: lead layout

I propose we change UTM lead section to Marketing parameters

Idea is that this could be a section that most people can ignore.

Then we could move the following fields to the Marketing parameters section

To clean it up a bit
IP address
blotout ID
external Persistent Marketing Identifier
dupe Persistent Marketing Identifier
GCLID

Can we make it so it doesn’t appear on the lead layout page? It should be available for reports, but I don’t think we need it on the Lead page.
OR maybe this should go under marketing parameters?? i don’t know.
