2-step form landing page

Overview

The goal here is to make the fastest MVP to test this. There are lots of things we could do to make this a better test - and better user experience - but I’m trying to focus on the minimum to test this concept in general, before we build out more functionality.
We’d like to take our top-performing landing page, - and create a new 2-step form experience.
I am likely missing some nuances here - so feel free to call those out. But here are my recommended next steps.

Components

Ideally - we’d replace the current form here (similar design and placement) - and this would not require a 2nd pageload. Maybe that’s possible with Webflow conditional form logic or similar?

Form 1

The first form will ask the following questions.
Business name (text)
Business type (text)
Placeholder: Describe your business. What products or services do you offer?
This is a new field. We should not send to the SSC Application. We’ll need to add it to the Form handler. The name of the field in Pardot is Business_type__c
Monthly sales (dropdown as we have today)
Year founded

We’d like the data from Form 1 to either 1) go to Salesforce and/or 2) Zapier, so we can train the Google algorithm on people’s responses, even if they don’t fill out the 2nd part of the form.
I don’t have a strong preference for which system we send the data to; Zapier might make more sense, since that’s how we can use that to send the data to Salesforce and the Google Ads?

Form 2

The second form asks the following (all required)
First name
Last name
Email
Phone
Website (optional)

Form actions

We then forward the user along to the application, using the same mechanism we have today (Pardot Form Handler), and pre-fill the application for the user.

Benefits

This format will give us:
More fine-grained control over conversions we send back to Google
Two really short forms = faster for user to submit
Lead scoring, so we can prioritize outreach to Qualified Leads.
