RingCentral - creating Leads from all calls

Overview

The RingCentral / Salesforce integration is working well for most use cases. (Making calls, logging calls, etc.)
However, we’re having difficulty reconciling RingCentral and Salesforce for our reporting and internal workflows. We’d love to rely on just Salesforce, but we’re finding ourselves needing to still use RingCentral for reporting on things like missed calls and what specific 833 # the customer used to reach us.
I’m not sure if this is getting out of your realm of expertise @ Sercante; please let me know if that is the case.
