WhatsApp Flows simplifies tasks for your customers on WhatsApp. You have the ability to create diverse customer experiences using integrated UI components in your chats.
Getting Started
At present, creating WhatsApp flows within BotSpace is not supported. However, you can sync your existing flows from Meta Business Manager.
To sync your flows, navigate to Automation > WhatsApp Flows and click on the Sync Flows Button.
Note: Only published flows will be synced.
Embed a flow in your templates You have the option to integrate your WhatsApp Flows into your templates. When creating a template, choose the Flow button option under the Buttons section.
Provide the following information:
Navigate Screen ID (the ID of the screen in your flow) Flow (the flow to activate upon clicking the Call-to-Action) You can send a flow message from your workflow using Collect WhatsApp Flow Response workflow action.
To access and export the responses received for your WhatsApp Flow, navigate to Automation > WhatsApp Flows and choose the specific flow from the provided list.
