Manually Unsubscribe contacts from Broadcast messages

Head to the Inbox tab on the BotSpace dashboard and search for the contact by name or number by clicking on the “🔍” icon. Once you have entered the name or number the contact will show up, Click on the contact.

Once the contact’s chat is opened, head to the right side menu under Details and click on the toggle to beside Subscribed to switch it on/off. Once you do toggle it off, you will see a prompt on the bottom left of the dashboard stating Marked unsubscribed. This will result in the client not receiving any Broadcast messages going forward. You can also toggle in On and that will result in the client receiving Broadcast messages going forward.
